Really good and very welcoming staff and quick to respond. Stunning and incredible location in Istanbul, next to main attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagya Sofia and Topkapi Palace, the Basilica Cistern and restaurants and tram.

great location but a bit challenging for some guests
The staff at this hotel stand out. They were always available to assist us with genuine smiles. The location is really good. Just a short walk to major attractions. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden view with a peaceful respite amidst our busy days. The kids loved spotting the friendly hotel dog daily.
Navigating the staircases could be a bit difficult for some guests.
